Accessibility Statement

QM Photography Accessibility Statement

QM Photography is committed to making our website accessible to as many visitors as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to follow recognised accessibility standards and best practices to ensure an inclusive experience when exploring Kent wildlife photography.

Measures to support accessibility

  • Content structure uses clear headings, descriptive alt text for images where appropriate, and simple, consistent navigation.

  • Text is written in plain English and presented at readable sizes with sufficient contrast.

  • Images and prints are described to aid understanding for users of assistive technology; detailed descriptions are provided on product pages where needed.

  • The site is built to be usable with keyboard navigation and is tested for compatibility with common screen readers.

Known limitations

  • Some older gallery images and legacy content may have incomplete alt text or long descriptive captions. We are working to update these.

  • Video content may not always include captions or transcripts. We aim to add captions or transcripts for new videos and retrofit key existing videos where feasible.

Ongoing efforts

  • We regularly review and update the site to improve accessibility and address issues reported by users.

  • We conduct periodic testing using automated tools and manual checks with assistive technologies.
